How to order
You can place your order in one of the following ways:
1) By calling us at the contact number.
2) With online order from our site by completing the form with your personal information and the products you wish.
Payment Methods
You can pay your order in one of the following ways:
1) By credit/debit card: We accept all payment cards (debit, credit and prepaid) issued by any bank bearing the Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and UnionPay signals. Transactions are carried out electronically and the bank carries out the transaction on behalf of our company. You must be present on receipt of your order with your credit card and ID. If the order is made in the details and on behalf of a company then the credit card you use must be corporate.
2) Cash on Delivery: You can pay the courier’s server by delivering the products to your place. For cod shipments there is an additional charge of €1.5 for the shipping costs.
3) By Bank Deposit: You can pay your order by depositing it in one of the following accounts. If you choose the Bank deposit, contact us to reserve the products you ordered.

In the bank’s deposit form you will write the full name and you will have to send us the copy. In cases where the deposit is not made in two days from the day the order is given, then the order is automatically canceled by the system. The cost of the bank supply is borne by the customer.

Shipping
THESSALONIKI: You can receive your orders from our store. In this case, the customer must be assured of the availability of the product.
REST OF GREECE: The delivery of our products is carried out by a shipping company and is charged with the transport costs. The cost of transport varies due to the volume of products and the distance from our headquarters.
The delivery takes place in your space (on the pavement).
